Pan-African Trade in Value Added (TiVA) indicators
As a consultant working for the Economic Commission for Africa, Eleanor Keeble developed the first ever African Continental Input-Output table. It was produced with the support of the WTO and OECD, for the African Free Trade area.

National statistical survey management
Working with Unicef as the lead consultant in Sierra Leone, Eleanor Keeble has been managing a complex national socio-economic survey, enabling the country's Government to make policy decisions based on sound data.

Study of UK regional wage disparities
Working with the Centre for Economic Scenario Analysis and Research (CESAR), Eleanor Keeble undertook a study of the impact of regional wage disparities on unemployment in the United Kingdom.

Tracking impact of welfare schemes
For the World Bank, Eleanor Keeble has carried out iterative beneficiary monitoring of Ethiopia's innovative Urban Productive Safety Net and Jobs Program to overcome poverty, focusing especially on women and young people.

Monitoring progress towards development goals
Working with organisations for people with disabilities in Sierra Leone, Eleanor Keeble developed a digital dashboard to enable them to monitor the Government's progress towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
Working on national census programs
As a fellow of the Overseas Development Institute, Eleanor Keeble worked on the Ethiopian census. Her work was then funded by the Economic Commission for Africa for roll-out elsewhere in the continent, including in Kenya and Ghana.
